Of course, we’d say we’re the best, but we want to justify that by giving you a brief introduction to our brand and showing you the key faces behind itglu.
Starting in 2008 as Mosaic Cloud Services, after various changes we felt we needed to differentiate from our sister company, making it easier for current and prospective clients to see the great IT services we offer.
Why did you feel the itglu rebrand was necessary?
Our previous names and businesses didn’t get the point across we wanted. We specialise in IT and we want to be the ‘glue’ between the customer and their business needs…welcome itglu.
This rebrand has certainly been successful so far, helping us to reach put to more clients than ever before without the need to explain what we do. We want to become the household brand for Warrington and the North West when it comes to IT services.
How does itglu differ to similar companies out there?
We at itglu put the customer at the forefront of what we do, and we believe that is one of the big differences. When an IT problem arises, businesses want it fixed instantly, because after all, time is money.
That’s why we aim to respond to any issues within 15 minutes, helping you get back on track in no time. We pride ourselves on the following; cloud services, email support, exchange, Microsoft servers.
VOIP is another big part of what we do, as well as providing excellent mobile phone contracts to businesses, with competitive prices.
Technical director of itglu, Jon is the brainchild behind the brand, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the IT Industry; over 20 years, in fact, Jon spent a long time at DHL and has worked for several high-profile brands and business.
His Mosaic journey started back in 2008, and a decade later, itglu happened.
Jon loves everything to do with computers, whether it’s fixing them, or playing on the latest video game, and that enthusiasm comes across every single day in the office.

The man who is always on the go with Itglu, Matthew Gordon has been with itglu from the very start.
Having worked in logistics until 2005, Matt (or Math as he is known in the office), was offered a job at an IT recycling company.
Through this job, he managed to learn about the various services and industry. Although he has always been an avid fan of computers, it was never on a professional level until he came on board the itlgu train about three years ago.
When asked what the best thing about working for itglu is, Matt said: “For me, it has to be the variation of the job, no two days are the same. You simply never know what is around the corner, and that adds to the excitement.
“It’s great to deal with some many clients, and with our rapid response times, we can help over the phone or get to their offices in no time to deal with any situations that arise.”
